Remoulade Sauce
2 x Tablespoons capers. Rinsed
2 x Tablespoons cornichons - finely diced
1 x Medium onion - finely grated
1 x Cup good quality mayonnaise
2 x Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 x Teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 x Teaspoon white pepper
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate ready for use
