Ingredients : Smoked paprika, Oregano, Coriander, Garlic flakes, Chilli, Black pepper, Thyme, Sea salt, Mustard Powder, Dill, Turmeric, Onion flakes.

Chef's Signature "Blackened" Beef, Pork or Chicken Rub Recipe.

Ingredients

  • Your favourite cut of beef, pork or chicken selection.

  • Olive oil.

  • Spice Road Spices Chefs Signature "blackened" Rub

Important: Sea salt and premium black pepper already included in the Spice Blend.

Comments: The Chefs Signature Spice Seasoning Blend is slightly zippy but not overriding the meat or poultry flavours. From this you will need to provide your favourite red or white wine or chilled special beer and your choice of fresh salads. Perfect !

Preparation

Coat the beef, pork or chicken with good quality olive oil and spread liberally - both sides - with the Chef's Signature "blackened" rub

Refrigerate for at least one hour for the spice flavours to absorb into the meat or chicken. Remove from the refrigerator and let stand to bring back to room temperature prior to cooking.

Cook to your preferred doneness without the flame or heat burning the Spices
