What is Dukkah
Dukkah is an ancient Egyptian Spice Blend made with crushed Cumin, Sesame Seeds, Coriander, Pine Nuts plus Cinnamon, Cloves, Salt, White and Black Pepper and Nutmeg.
The Dukkah recipe will vary depending which part of the Middle East you are talking too.
